A short demo of our OIS012/17 Price List app, part of the H5 App Catalog.

Maintaining price lists in M3 is normally a slow, multi-panel process with little validation and almost no metadata. Our app changes that. It presents price lists in a clear, structured layout based on OIS012, showing current, future and previous lists side by side. Switching between them is instant.

The app surfaces important item metadata directly in the interface, including item name, status, responsible, and other key fields that normally require separate panels to retrieve. This gives users the context they need to make decisions without jumping around M3.

Creating a new price list is guided and efficient. Configured currencies are listed automatically, customer search is built in, and the input fields are validated in real time, including checks for item metadata and warnings when an item is not in status 20.

Items can be added individually or imported directly from Excel for bulk updates. Prices can also be adjusted interactively by percentage or by absolute amount, with clear visual feedback so users always see the impact of their changes before saving.

The demo only shows a portion of what the app can do. Copying price lists, inline editing, and streamlined pruning tools are all supported and designed to make price list maintenance significantly faster and more accurate.
